二 | “重卡单桩功率达400千瓦，相当于50多辆家用新能源汽车同时充电的负荷，这让原本电力资源就偏紧张的高速服务区面临更大挑战。为此，桐庐重卡充电站建设期间，公司与属地桐庐供电公司组建了项目团队，全程协同推进补能方案落地。”市新能源汽车服务有限公司相关负责人何雨微介绍。此外，该重卡充电站单个停车位面积约90平方米，是普通小车位的6倍多，既要保障重卡进出安全顺畅，又要尽可能降低对小车停放的影响，对场地布局提出了更高要求。

三 | 项目团队在保障服务区正常运营的前提下，反复协调出入口设计、场地选址，同步优化供电方案，制定分段施工计划，最终实现建设全程“不停电、服务不打烊”。数据显示，今年上半年全国新能源重卡累计销量约14万辆，同比增长77%。面对持续增长态势，近年来国网杭州供电公司已累计服务建成33座重卡充电站、682个大功率充电枪。今年4月，杭州市建委出台《杭州市大功率充电桩建设三年行动工作清单（2026—2028年）》，规划落地83个项目、667个充电桩。

四 | 国网杭州供电公司以“一枢两翼”战略布局全市重卡充电网络：以长三角城市枢纽及核心交通枢纽为支点，左翼辐射各区、县（市），右翼拓展高速服务区、国道干线与物流沿线。目前，国网杭州供电公司已完成承接的39个项目站点、共计333个大功率重卡充电桩的现场勘察工作。

五 | 按计划，今年将建设10个项目、57个充电桩；2027年将建设14个项目，106个充电桩；2028年将建设15个项目、170个充电桩。“重卡充电设施的持续完善，是杭州推动高速公路货运电动化的关键一步。”国网杭州供电公司营销部副主任纪前表示，将按计划分批次推进清单项目的电力接入方案编制，不断完善配网网架，全力确保项目有序接入、按期通电。
